About the Experience:
This therapeutic experience will allow you to tell your truth without limits and have the magnitude of your story captured and mirrored back to you.
The details:
Sacred Preparation: We begin by creating a sacred container. Through ritual, breathwork, and meditation, we'll call forward the parts of you that are ready to be witnessed. This process allows us to land in the experience, center ourselves, and work to become as open as possible so that the truth may be spoken and heard.
The Storytelling Session: This is about more than just words—it's about the emotional shifts that occur when you are truly heard. Deep listening and space-holding can create a space big enough for all of you to exist freely and without shame. As you speak your truth, I will listen deeply and without agenda. Nothing you say will be too much, nothing you feel will overwhelm me, and nothing you share will be unwanted. ALL of you is welcome to come to the table.
The Transformation Seen: Before and after the storytelling session, we’ll take portraits that reflect the change you undergo. These images will show the light that comes from being fully witnessed.
Optional Story Recording: Upon request, we’ll record your story and edit it, creating a cherished keepsake that holds the power of this moment forever.
You'll leave with 25-35 images that beautifully capture your journey, and, if requested, a professionally edited recording of your story—lasting reminders of this profound experience. Day 2 - SEEING your story
After we’ve completed our first day together, we will begin planning your conceptual storytelling shoot on a separate day. This shoot will be styled to embody your story and highlight key moments in your journey through stunning visual art. We'll shoot for 70 minutes, visually portraying your story in sections.
You'll walk away from this experience with 50-70 images that showcase you telling your story & creating art that’s inspired by your journey, and, if requested, a professionally edited recording of your story—lasting reminders of this profound experience.
With this in-depth witnessing journey, we can finally close the chapters of the past and open ourselves to the brilliant and unknown future.
