“The Self-Love Workshop was an incredible experience from start to finish. I've admired Christina's work for quite some time and knew that I wanted to get in front of their lens one day. When they announced the Self-Love Workshop as an experience that involved photographing both your external and internal selves, I knew I had to join. This experience has been a safe unraveling of the self and a celebration of the soul.

The main thing I took away from this experience was the joy of being seen.

This is a week-long at-home experience ending in a day of pampering, diving deep, and being witnessed through photography

Before the shoot:

You’ll have 7 days of journal prompts and corresponding online yoga videos from a trusted mentor. This lead-up to our photo session is designed to:

  • Open your heart

  • Build self-compassion

  • Encourage softening the way you speak to yourself

Day of:

Our day together is brought to YOU for an at-home transformative experience.

the itinerary:

Step 1: Welcome and Red light therapy

You’ll have a freshly arranged bouquet brought to your doorstep as an offering for the person you’re becoming.

We’ll set intentions, get to know each other, and then dive into the red light therapy.

The benefits of red light therapy include: promoting serotonin circuitry in your brain which is a key component in mood regulation and improving skin appearance.

Step 2: 90-minute massage from a trusted and gifted masseuse

Experience healing, relaxation, and relief through the gifted hands of a trusted licensed massage therapist

(This is an opt-in experience. If you’d prefer to go without the massage, your session pricing will be adjusted accordingly.)

Step 3: Let’s cook!

Around here we eat well. Before your session, we will select a nourishing dish to prepare and enjoy together. We’ll talk, listen to music, and share the experience of creating something delicious.

Step 4: Journal & stretching

Together we’ll pick a journal prompt and a short yoga session designed to help us tap into our bodies and release any nerves before the photoshoot.

Step 5: Get ready

Relaxed, taken care of, and in our bodies….It’s time to make some art! A makeup artist can be added to the session if desired. If not, I’ll pick the music and you create the look!

Step 6: The art

The styling of our shoot will be discussed on our initial call. Our ultimate goal is to create a photoshoot where you feel like YOU. Captured as you are, in your happiest and most relaxed form.

Included with your package is:

  • Set styling

  • Location recommendations

  • Wardrobe shopping

  • Vendor recommendations for hair/makeup/florals/anything else we dream up.

  • 90-minute photoshoot.

  • 35+ Final edited images within 3 weeks

  • Space holding for anything that comes up while being witnessed, of course.
